Welcome to our very first issue of ZOZO — a magazine manifesting the spirit of Kenzo. At the heart: our founder and ZOZO-in-chief Kenzo Takada, who’s relentless optimism, nomadic spirit and unfiltered way of seeing inspired this journey. We invite you, our readers, or how we’d like to call you, our ZOZO’s, to come aboard and explore what we have in store for you.
With ZOZO, you get a glimpse at the world of fashion through a naive lens. We are a space for experimentation, where surprises and accidents are not only welcomed, but encouraged. We celebrate our intuitions and instincts, our contrasts and diversity, to unlearn and redefine the process of creativity. But most of all, we want to open up a new way of seeing by bringing together all the ZOZO’s wandering the crust of this earth.
